Comment:- This lyrical idea came to me while working as a senior pool attendant at Kirkcaldy Swimming Pool. As most of my songs, the chorus came first, and I remember going into the first aid room (off the main pool hall) and scribbling the notes down on a piece of paper torn from the first aid book!! Health & Safety first ha-ha!!
