Comment:- I used to extemporise verse lyrics on a recurring blue chorus of lordy, lordy mama etc of many an evening at the taverna. Because the annual Sesklia cricket match and Olympian gathering was taking place on the following Sunday, Linda and I decided that we would write verses that would attempt to try and capture the individual personalities of the usual suspects (musical carricatures if you like!) This was the result, as performed on the Triton that Sunday, and a good day was had by all and all who sailed in her!!
